Meet Denice M. Burkhardt

Growing up Denice's position in the kitchen has always been Sous Chef. On any given day she could be found chopping and grating whatever the Chef (Mom) requested. She would prep and organize all the ingredients in individual containers for various meals. Fast forward years later, she gained an enormous amount of grief weight after the death of her parents and decided to take control and become more health conscious. Exercising and good eating habits are now a daily norm in her life. To maintain her weight loss she began preparing delicious organic salads. As a result, when opportunity met preparation Str8 from D’Hardt Gourmet Salads was born.
